Review Policies

• Right now I do not accept a lot of self published book review requests, due to numerous time constraints.  Please refer to the "My Favorites" and "What I'll Accept for Review" pages to see if we'd be a good fit.
• I chose to do this as a hobby because I love reading.  I do not receive any compensation for my reviews.  If I received the book for free from an author, publisher, or publicist, I will clearly state that at the end of my review. 
• I will give an honest review of my opinion of the book.  I am always courteous and respectful in my reviews, even if I did not enjoy the book. 
• It will take about three weeks for me to read and have the book reviewed, as I will most likely be reading multiple other books for review.   I will not be able to promise an exact date for when I can post the review on my blog (unless it's for a blog tour I signed up for), but I can usually give you an estimate.  I may have to change that date if something comes up, but I am usually pretty close to deadline. 
• I will always post the review on my blog and send you the link.  I will also post it on Goodreads and Amazon and whatever other sites you would like.  I can also spread the word by advertising on Twitter, my Facebook fan page, Pintrest, Instagram, LibraryThing, etc.  Just let me know!
• If anyone sees my reviews duplicated, reproduced, or even paraphrased, I would very much appreciate it if you would send me the link of the place where you have seen the duplicated review.  I can be reached at Meganleigh844@gmail.com.  Thank you so much for your help and cooperation in not duplicating my reviews.
• Any review request from my wish list will be automatically accepted, as these are all books that I am highly anticipating!  Click here for my wish list.
• As stated previously, I review as a hobby because I love to read.  I only accept the books that I am interested in reading.  It is very hard to write a review and try to make readers excited about a book that I was not even interested in in the first place.  I love helping to promote the authors and books I love and that is why I do this.  To get a better feel for the books and authors that I do enjoy, please go to my wish list, look at my favorite authors list and look at my previous reviews.
